FAQs
Is it too late to start the recruiting process?
1
It depends on where your son is. For juniors there is still time to build a real strategy and get in front of the right programs. For seniors the window is tighter but there are still paths, especially at the D2, D3, and NAIA levels. The first step is an honest evaluation so we know exactly what we are working with and what is realistic right now.
We already tried a recruiting service and it did not work. Why would this be different?
2
Most recruiting services put your son in a database and send mass emails that coaches ignore. What I do is different. I reach out personally to coaches I have real relationships with, at programs where your son is a genuine fit. Film gets seen because of who is sending it, not just because it was uploaded somewhere.
Can you guarantee my son will get an offer?
3
No. And anyone who tells you they can is not being straight with you. What I can guarantee is honest evaluation, a real strategy, and personal outreach to the right programs. Offers depend on fit, timing, and how your son performs. My job is to make sure he gets every opportunity to be seen.
What exactly is included in the Player Evaluation?

I review film, look at academics, talk to your son's coach, and assess him using the same criteria college staffs use. Then I sit down with your family on a one hour Zoom call and walk through everything I found, including what level is realistic, what is working, and what needs to improve. The evaluation is $500 and takes one week from the time I receive all the materials.
At the end of the evaluation call I will walk you through what the right next step looks like for your son specifically. If it makes sense to move forward together with full recruiting representation, we can talk about that. There is no pressure. The evaluation stands on its own and gives your family real clarity regardless of what you decide next.
